Trial Registration

I, agree and declare that

(1) Responsibility for the League: Organization and running of the league are entirely the responsibility of the Delhi Soccer Association (DSA). United Bharat Football Club (UBFC) will not be held responsible in case of postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the league or any event related to it.

(2) Verification of Match Details: It is the exclusive responsibility of players to verify the dates, venues, and match timetables as declared by the Delhi Soccer Association or respective organizing authorities.

(3) Private Entity Status: UBFC is a privately operated football club. Neither is it funded nor sponsored by the Delhi Soccer Association or government organizations. The fields, facilities, and coaches used by UBFC are not sponsored nor subsidized by any outside authority.

(4) Trial Fees: Fees for trials include the efforts, resources, logistics, and organizational costs incurred by UBFC to carry out trials in a fair and professional manner. Fees paid are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted once paid. Payment of fees is not a guarantee for selection within the team or playing for any league or tournament.

(5) Upon my selection, I will register as a player with United Bharat Football Club and will participate in the league as an UBFC player.

(10) By joining the football trials conducted by UBFC in Delhi: Players accept that they take part at their own risk. UBFC will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injuries incurred whilst at the trials. UBFC reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel trials if necessary because of circumstances beyond its control. UBFC's selection decisions are final and binding

(11) It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify their correct age category with the Delhi Soccer Association or the respective league organizers. In case the league is postponed or cancelled, United Bharat Football Club shall not be held liable.
